I've known Mike for 25 years from my days as Recruitment Manager at Computer Weekly. Mike ran a successful IT Recruitment Consultancy MDA Resources (and still does) but10 years ago he decide to launch TipTopJob.com.

Mike talks about running a Global job board, the challenges but also the huge opportunities he sees going forward..
